This item’s accessories are entirely hand made like real jewels. Such special craftsmanship requires you use your accessories with extreme care. We suggest avoiding contact or rubbing against other surfaces which could damage the jewel and cause the loss of rhinestones and/or stones.
Our accessories are 100% craftsmanship. Any discrepancy is not to be considered a defect, but value of the product as it makes it original and exclusive.

SHIPMENT AND FEES
Ara Sunwear ships worldwide.
Shipment is free in Italy.
For international shipments, we apply a flat fee rate.
Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are on the Customer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday 9am / 5pm CET working days.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders placed in the period going from 22nd December to 1st January will be processed on 2nd January.
Ara Sunwear ships using DHL standard shipping.

We shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Ara Sunwear.
In any case, we reserves the right to delay a shipment if we are unable to ship for reasons beyond control.
When the order is shipped, Customers receive an e-mail from us specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
Packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.
In case customers are not satisfied with an order, it can be returned max within 14 days from the purchase/payment date.
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer should send an email to email@example.com max within 14 days from their purchase/payment date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and including motivation for the return.
After we analyze the case, we will let you know whether we accept the return or not.
Please send the return according to the shipping terms, including the indicated courier.
The return shipment costs will be deducted from your item exchange or refund.
Refunds will be net of return shipment costs.Once the refund request will be verified and approved by us, it will be immediate.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Item(s) must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use, including the fact that items must still carry correctly their original tag.
We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a refund.
We reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions.
Ara Sunwear will not accept returned items that do not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy.
